Licuas, S.A., in compliance with the provisions set out in art. 10 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July, allows through its website and by electronic means permanent, easy, direct and free access to the comprehensive information of its registered company (fiscal data, registers, address and contact address), as well as to the data of the client in the company’s possession, with their exclusive access.

III. – USER/CLIENT ACCESS CONDITIONS

The user of the Licuas, S.A. Website shall have the right to free access at no charge to the public information contained therein, although Licuas, S.A. reserves the right to restrict access to information, promotions and/or special offers to its registered clients. The public information contained on the Licuas, S.A. Rights concerning industrial and intellectual property (including but not limited to: trademarks, logos, texts, photographs, icons, images, etc., as well as graphic design, source code and other software elements contained on the website www.licuas.es) are owned by Licuas, S.A. or wholesale companies and the manufacturers of the products and services offered. Therefore, they are subject to intellectual and industrial property rights and protected by Spanish and international law.

Without the prior written authorization of Licuas, S.A., or, as the case may be, the wholesale company or the product manufacturer that holds the rights, the use, copy, distribution, reproduction, transmission, manipulation and any use that exceeds a normal use and necessary for the visit of the page and the use of the services offered is not permitted.

Access to the services provided, renouncement, transmission or total or partial transfer of rights derived from intellectual and industrial property, is not granted by Licuas, S.A., nor does it grant rights of use, alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of this content without the previous and express written authorization of the respective holders of such rights, without prejudice to the right of viewing and obtaining a private security copy of such content, provided that said right is exercised in accordance with the principles of good faith and provided that the intellectual and industrial property of the holder of such rights is maintained, is used for non-commercial purposes and is exclusively for the personal information of the user.
